- Packages are dispatched every Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday via Japan SF Express and Japan Post.
- (If there is a Japanese public holiday, the shipping day may be adjusted earlier or later.
- If you require a shipping quote within the same day or within 2 days after the item arrives at our warehouse, an additional handling fee of ¥200 will apply. Please inform us at the time of order placement.
- In cases of out-of-stock items or failed transactions, we will assist you with refunds.For customers paying in HKD, refunds via Bank of China, Hang Seng Bank, AlipayHK, or FPS can be processed free of charge within 2 business days.
- If an item arrives at our Japan warehouse with incorrect sizing or defects, we will proactively notify you and help coordinate with the seller for an exchange.
- If you need extra protective packaging, please request it at the time of order or before we provide the international shipping quote.Once the shipping quote is issued, no changes or additions to packaging can be made.
- For urgent shipping quotes within 2 days after item arrival, an additional ¥200 express handling fee will apply.
- If you need assistance contacting the seller regarding product issues, an additional ¥50 service fee will apply.
- If you want photos of the item upon arrival at the Japan warehouse, an additional ¥100 photo service fee will apply.
- Shopify payments: In case of out-of-stock or transaction failure, the 5% credit card processing fee is non-refundable. Alternatively, the amount can be retained for your next purchase or international shipping.
- Wise payments: In the event of cancellation due to out-of-stock or transaction failure, the Wise remittance fee will be deducted from the refund.
- Additionally, due to exchange rate fluctuations, the refunded amount may differ from the original payment. We appreciate your understanding.
- We recommend retaining the refunded amount for use in future purchases or international shipping.
- Regardless of item value, all proxy purchase items will undergo a basic inspection.
- Inspection includes: quantity, size, and color (excluding color differences due to lighting or screen variation).
- For small items such as trading cards, photos, keychains, pins, etc., only quantity will be checked, and one overall photo will be provided.
- Detailed inspection for defects or color variation is not included.
- Minor scratches or small imperfections are outside the inspection scope.
- If you are concerned about item condition, please add the ¥100 photo service at the time of purchase. We will provide item photos upon arrival, and you must raise any issues on the same day.
- Electrical items generally will not be powered on for testing, to avoid damage during unboxing. If you require testing, please inquire in advance for possible service availability and additional fees.
- If the received item does not match your order, we will first try to assist you in requesting a replacement from the seller.
- If not possible, we will support a return or refund process.
- Compensation for damaged goods is only applicable when choosing a shipping method that includes a tracking number and insurance.
- Low-cost, uninsured options (e.g., standard airmail or non-tracked packages) are not eligible for compensation.
- If you require more detailed inspection (e.g., checking for minor flaws), please inquire before the item arrives at our Japan warehouse for availability and pricing.
- Once an order is placed or a bid is submitted, it cannot be canceled under any circumstances.
- All refunds, returns, or exchanges are subject to the final decision of the Japanese seller or platform.
- If you have any questions or special requests, please contact customer service before placing your order or before the item arrives at our Japan warehouse.
- Once the item is shipped out from Japan, no changes or requests will be accepted.

- After the item arrives at our Japan warehouse, we will take photos and wait for your confirmation before completing the transaction with the Japanese seller—giving you peace of mind before finalizing the deal.
- It is advisable to choose "Mercari便" (Mercari Delivery), "おてがる配送" (Yamato Japan Easy Delivery), or any domestic shipping method that includes compensation.
- If product images or descriptions are unclear, or if the price is significantly below market value (+¥50 or more), please leave a comment to ask the seller questions or contact us for translation support to reduce potential risks.

- 【Issue Handling & Service Fees】
- Unclear item description or mismatched images:
- We will help communicate with the seller. A handling fee of ¥200 per case applies.(Approx. 90% success rate. Return shipping may need to be paid by you.)
- Clear description, but mismatched images:
- We will negotiate with the seller on your behalf.
- Handling fee: ¥200 per case(Approx. 50% success rate. Return shipping will be your responsibility)。
- If negotiation is successful, an additional 10% success fee + ¥200 service fee will be charged.
- Unclear item description or mismatched images:
- Item damaged during domestic shipping (with tracking & insurance) or seller is out of stock:
- You can cancel for free. (Approx. 90% success rate. Compensation amount is decided by Mercari, and may only be partial.)
- Item damaged or lost during domestic shipping (without tracking/insurance):
- Handling fee: ¥200 per case(Approx. 50% success rate (depends on seller’s willingness to take responsibility; limited to ~10 cases/year))。
- If successful, an additional 10% success fee + ¥200 service fee applies.
- Item received is fraudulent or significantly different from description:
- Handling fee: ¥200 per case(Approx. 70% success rate (depends on seller’s responsibility))
- If negotiation is successful, an additional 10% success fee + ¥200 service fee will apply.
- Once an order is placed or a bid is submitted, cancellation is not allowed under any circumstances.
- All secondhand items may have signs of use. Please assess your tolerance level before placing an order.
- We recommend confirming all item details, seller ratings, and photos before ordering, or contacting us for assistance with translations or seller communication.
- If return shipping is required, the cost must be borne by the buyer.
- The final decision will be made by the Japanese seller or Mercari, and we kindly ask for your understanding.
- Once the item has been received locally or the transaction is completed, we are unable to offer any further investigation or after-sales support, as the deal is considered closed.((Japanese sellers and Mercari will also not accept post-transaction complaints.)
- For urgent issues, please contact us immediately so we can assist as soon as possible.
- Please provide your maximum bid amount in JPY so we can generate an accurate quote.
- For Yahoo Auction Store listings, consumption tax will be added separately. All maximum bids are considered before tax, so please keep this in mind.
- You may choose from two bidding methods:
- Instant Bid
- Scheduled Bid (e.g., 2, 6, 10, 15, 30 minutes or 1–2 hours before the auction ends)
- To cancel a scheduled bid, please notify us at least 1 hour before the scheduled time during our business hours.
(1) Yahoo Auction: Each Bid Increment Amount (Not a Service Fee)
- Less than ¥1,000:¥10
- ¥1,000 – ¥4,999:¥100
- ¥5,000 – ¥9,999:¥250
- ¥10,000 – ¥49,999:¥500
- ¥50,000 and above:¥1,000
- Mercari auctions do not support scheduled bidding; only real-time bids are accepted.
- If the displayed price is ¥5,000, you must bid at least ¥5,100 to place a bid.
- If the current price is ¥5,000 and you bid ¥6,000, Mercari’s system will automatically bid up to ¥6,000 on your behalf.
- If you are the first bidder on an item, the auction end time will be automatically extended to around 8 PM the next day.
- Mercari has an automatic extension feature: if someone bids near the auction’s close, the auction time will extend by 5 minutes. Any extension means there is active bidding.
- Our store does not actively monitor auction progress. If you want to place a bid, please provide your maximum acceptable bid amount in JPY.
- If you have questions about bidding rules or processes, feel free to contact our customer service anytime.
- If you want assistance monitoring auctions or setting reminders, please contact us in advance.
- We recommend double-checking the item details, seller ratings, and bidding rules before placing a bid to avoid accidental bids or extra fees.
- Domestic shipping within Japan will generally use the most economical postal method.
- We are not responsible for seller fraud or scams; please carefully check seller ratings.
- Bids cannot be canceled once placed.
- To cancel a scheduled bid, please apply at least 1 hour before the scheduled bid time during business hours.
- We will track whether the seller has shipped the item. Orders over ¥10,000 are eligible for free photo inspection service.

【Payment Proxy Service Process】
- We do not handle order placement, item receipt, or user guidance.
- If the payment deadline is less than 24 hours away, an additional express fee of 400 JPY will be charged.
- Payment proxy via credit card or PayPay balance is not supported.

- 1. Full Payment
- Please pay the full amount after getting a quote using our calculator.
- Alternatively, you can request a personalized quote from customer service.
- Full payment must be made in advance based on the quoted amount.
- 2. Submit Proof of Payment
- Confirm the payment amount via the calculator quote or customer service estimate.
- Make payment in Japanese yen via WISE payment link.
- Direct bank transfer is also possible (instant quote and payment; accepts GBP, AUD, NZD, SGD).
- Customers from other countries/regions can pay in local currency or JPY through the Shopify page we provide.
- After confirming your payment, we will proceed with the proxy payment on the same day or the next day.
- Payments via Shopify or WISE are non-refundable due to exchange rates, fees, taxes, or any other reason.
- In case a refund is requested, the amount can only be applied toward your next purchase or international shipping fees.
- 3. Payment Completion Notification
- Once the payment is completed, we will send you the receipt or a photo of the payment confirmation screen.
- You will also receive a payment confirmation email from the Japanese shop if applicable.
- For bank transfers, a screenshot of the bank transfer screen can be provided upon request.
- An express fee of 400 JPY applies if the payment deadline is less than 24 hours away.
- We do not accept refunds or complaints related to exchange rate fluctuations or transfer fees. Please be aware of this in advance.

- 8. Shipping from Japan: Direct shipments via SF Express or Japan Post every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
- Group shipments to Hong Kong/Macau are sent every Friday, arriving as early as the following Monday/Tuesday and forwarded via SF Express COD.

- Our business is based in Chiba Prefecture, Japan. Additional transportation fees may apply for proxy purchases from distant stores. Refunds will not be issued in the event of out-of-stock items.
- Cash-on-Delivery (COD) is available only for certain websites and under specific conditions.
